1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by RRR Plus, a web design agency based in London. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service agreement.
2. Services
RRR Plus offers a range of web design and development services, including but not limited to:
- Website Design
- E-commerce Development
- SEO Optimization
- Free Domain and Hosting (for the first year as part of selected packages)
- Ongoing Support and Maintenance (depending on the package)
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices for our services are listed clearly with no hidden charges. The final price will be agreed upon before any work commences.
- A deposit of 50% is required upfront to begin the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before the website is launched.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in a delay in the website launch.
4. Free Domain and Hosting
- We provide free domain registration and hosting for one year as part of selected website design packages. After the first year, clients are responsible for domain renewal and hosting fees.
- If the client chooses to transfer their website to another host, RRR Plus will assist with the transition, but ongoing hosting fees will be the client’s responsibility.
5. Turnaround Time
- The project timeline will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before starting the work. The typical delivery time is 1-3 weeks, depending on the project scope.
- Delays caused by client failure to provide necessary materials or feedback will not be the responsibility of RRR Plus.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all necessary content, including text, images, and branding, in a timely manner.
- RRR Plus is not responsible for content errors, unless we are specifically contracted for content creation and proofreading services.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining any ongoing legal requirements (such as privacy policies, terms of use, etc.) for their website.
7. Revisions
- The client is entitled to two rounds of revisions during the design process. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Revisions do not include significant changes to the initial scope of the project.
8. Cancellation Policy
- If the client wishes to cancel the project after the deposit has been paid, RRR Plus reserves the right to retain the deposit to cover any work completed up until the cancellation.
- If cancellation occurs after the project is near or fully completed, the full balance is due.
9. Ongoing Support
- We offer 24/7 customer support to assist with any technical issues or website maintenance queries after the website launch. Support is free for the first 3 months for Platinum package customers.
- After the 3-month period, ongoing support and maintenance services are available for an additional fee.
10. Ownership Rights
- Upon full payment, the client will own the completed website, including design, code, and content. However, proprietary elements created by RRR Plus, such as specific plugins or scripts, may remain under RRR Plus’s ownership unless otherwise agreed.
11. Liability
- RRR Plus is not liable for any downtime, data loss, or security breaches after the website is launched unless contracted for ongoing maintenance and security services.
- We will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
12. Changes to Terms
- RRR Plus reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or an update on our website.
